Fairly Magic Bakes, like many businesses, was born out of need. When Percy was diagnosed with Hashimotos and told to be gluten free, they were disgruntled to say the least. Ten years of perfecting baked goods, only to not be able to taste them? Percy had a new mission: delicious gluten free baked goods.
From the land of no allergen labels (United States), Percy is thrilled to be able to eat their way around Cork, but often hungers for more than one dessert option (the brownie we all love and hate). While brownies will still be provided, Fairly Magic aims to have classic and fun flavoured bakes.
