Fairly Magic is a gluten free bakery located in Cork, Ireland. With a focus on making gluten free taste just as good as gluten-full, Fairly Magic offers crumble bars, cookie bars, brownies, bread, and more at markets around the Cork area. In addition to our baked goods, we provide frozen pizza dough, precooked and ready for toppings!

Our Story
Fairly Magic Bakes was founded out of love of good food and a belief that everyone should be able to enjoy it. Baker and founder, Percy, has been gluten free since 2020, following a diagnosis of Hashimotos. After, Percy had a new mission: delicious gluten free baked goods.
Coming from the United States, Percy loves the availability of allergen-labeling and gluten free options in Cork, but often finds choices limited (the brownie we all love and hate). While brownies will still be provided, Fairly Magic aims to have classic and fun flavoured bakes.
